WELLUNESS RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY

Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, along with the original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
Gift cards are exempt from returns.
Return Period for All Welluness Products
For all Welluness products, you must have sent your return back to us within 30 days of delivery.

For all returns, simply email "Refund Request" to [email protected] and include your order number in the body of the email. Our Support Team will then contact you to arrange a pick-up or provide a return label. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method and may take up to 14 days to process.
Condition of Returned Items
If returned items are damaged, missing parts, or show signs of use, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or charge additional fees. Ordinary wear and tear or damage from improper use are not covered.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund within 2 working days of it being received back at the warehouse. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited back to your original payment method within 14 days. If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check your bank account and contact your credit card company or bank for processing delays.
Exchanges
Exchanges are only permitted for defective or damaged items. To initiate an exchange, please contact our Member Support Team at [email protected]
Shipping Return Fee
There will be a £4.95 non-refundable returns fee deducted from your refund.
Shipping Return Location
Returns will only be accepted if shipped and returned within the UK.
