At Welluness, we offer free delivery on all orders within the UK. We strive to ensure that your order reaches you as quickly and securely as possible. Below is an outline of our order processing and delivery procedure.
Order Processing
Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Please note that this confirmation only confirms receipt of your order and does not signify that the order has been processed or dispatched. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days, subject to product availability.
Delivery Time
- Standard Delivery: Orders are typically delivered within 3-5 business days from dispatch. Please note that this timeframe is an estimate and may vary depending on the delivery address or external factors such as weather conditions or courier delays.
- Tracking: A tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched, so you can monitor its progress.
Free Delivery
All orders within the UK are eligible for free delivery. There are no additional charges for standard delivery, and we aim to offer the most efficient service available.
Delivery Areas
We currently only deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer delivery outside the UK at this time.
Failed Deliveries
If you are not available to receive your delivery at the time of arrival, the courier will attempt to re-deliver or leave a card with instructions on how to arrange a redelivery or collection. After a certain number of attempts, the parcel may be returned to us, and you may be liable for any re-shipping charges.
Address Information
Please ensure that the delivery address you provide at checkout is correct and complete. We are unable to amend the delivery address once the order has been processed.
Damaged or Lost Parcels
If your order arrives damaged or you believe your order has been lost during transit, please contact our support team immediately at [email protected]. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue and ensure that a replacement or refund is processed in accordance with our returns policy.
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once an order has been processed and dispatched, we are unable to cancel it, but you can return the items under our returns policy.
